This building has two floors and each one has a fully equipped kitchen, a common area with a sofa and TV, and a balcony facing the street. It also has a laundry area with a relaxation area, which overlooks a charming interior patio.
All rooms are furnished, and have closets and private bathrooms. Premium rooms even have their own balcony.

Please note:
- The minimum stay is 4 months but in Summer (June, July and August), the minimum stay is reduced to 1 month.
- The deposit is usually equal to one month''''s rental price. However, depending on the candidate''''s solvency it can be 2 months.
- Weekly cleaning of the common areas is included.
