The apartment is very sunny, with four cozy single rooms and a complete bathroom. The kitchen is large, fully equipped with gas stove, oven, microwave, and all utensils; it also has a Little terrace as a laundry area, connected with the courtyard. In the living room there are a sofa, table, flat screen TV and a dining area; it is cute and very sunny.
Located at Robistreet, the apartment is situated just in Gracia district, next to Diagonal Avenue, business centre, and 15 minutes away from the heart of the city, Catalunya Square, that is the cultural and touristic centre.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- Only payments: Monthly rent + expenses and refundable deposit
- You must pay the rent before the 5th day of each month.
- Utilities: water, gas, electricity and internet are 100€ per month.
- Deposite: 1000€
- Minimum stay: 1 month.
GUESTS POLICY:
- One guest is allowed to stay in the room a maximum period of 7 nights.
- Previous notification by email is required.
- First 2 nights are for free.
- After the 2nd night there is an extra cost of 40€ per night.
- Guests must sleep in the same bedroom as the tenant. Never in common areas.
- These rules are not applicable to July and August, when guests are not allowed to stay over.
