This 125 square meter apartment is located near the Fontana (L3) and the Lesseps (L3) Metro.
El Instituto Europeo di Design Barcelona is just a seven minutes walk away, and the Jardins Menendez y Pelayo are just a twelve-minute walk away.
The neighborhood has two movie theaters, also within walking distance of the apartment, as well as several shopping and dining options.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- Only payments: Monthly rent + expenses (utilities) and refundable deposit.
- You must pay the rent before the 5th day of each month.
- Deposit: 1000€ - will be returned at the end of your stay, in about 30 days.
- Minimum stay: 3 month.
GUESTS POLICY:
- One guest is allowed to stay in the room a maximum period of 7 nights.
- Previous notification by email is required.
- First 2 nights are for free.
- After the 2nd night there is an extra cost of 40€ per night.
- Guests must sleep in the same bedroom as the tenant. Never in common areas.
- These rules are not applicable to July and August, when guests are not allowed to stay over.
