-We are looking for a NON-SMOKING companion, with good coexistence habits such as cleanliness, order, especially those common in sharing a home.
-Minimum stay is 6 months

- Likewise, day and night buses are 2 min away. from the stop about 6 minutes from the stop, the same one that takes us to the center of Madrid/ Atocha/ Getafe/ Plaza Elíptica/ Méndez Álvaro...
-From the apartment to the center on the same metro line it is about 20 minutes.
- About 5 or 10 min. from the University or Polytechnic of Madrid (Puerta de Toledo - Embajadores, about 25 or 30 minutes from the Complutense University.
