In less than 10 min walking distance, there is metro stop called "San Cristobal" (line 3), which perfectly connects with city center. Also, nearby there is train station that goes directly to ATOCHA. Basically, you get to downtown in about 20 min. Also, the flat is conveniently connected with southern part of Madrid and other municipalities such as Getafe, Leganes, among others.
