By metro you can immediately reach Ciudad Universitaria, and in 10-15 minutes to the center of Madrid.

The closest accesses to the RENFE (train) station are Príncipe Pío (metro line 10) and Aluche (metro line 5). By bus you can go to Atocha at number 36.
Communication with the Barajas Airport is easy, you have to take the L-10 Metro to Nuevos Ministerios and there take the L-8 that leads to terminals one, two or four (20 min). The subway ticket works but you have to pay a supplement.
