It is a residential, commercial and leisure area, next to the city center and well connected by buses and subway. It is currently considered one of the most elegant and affluent neighborhoods of the city, it offers a relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy your stay in Seville.

??IMPORTANT??: It is necessary after booking by Housing to complete the following steps in order to complete your booking 100%:
1 Complete the google form that will be sent to you by the owner.
2 Sign the rental contract that will be sent to you by the landlord filled in with the data you provided in the form you filled in previously.
3 Pay by bank transfer the amounts described in the rental contract. Normally these are: deposit + admin fee + surcharge (if any).

Admin Fee 150€. To be paid by bank transfer on signing the rental contract.
Deposit: 1 month. To be paid by bank transfer on signing the rental contract.
Utility costs or bills: 35€ per month
Check out cleaning fee of room 35€ (mandatory). We will charge it at check-out, subtracting it from the deposit.
Please note that there is a ??surcharge??** for bookings less than or equal to 6 months:
Stays from 4 to 6 months: +5% extra cost. Must be paid at the time of signing the contract.
Stays from 1* to 3 months: +10%extra cost. Must be paid at the time of signing the contract.
*Only stays of 1 or 2 months are allowed in the summer months (July and August) and on special occasions.
**There is no surcharge for short stays during the summer months.

Out of opening hours, with a limit until 22:00 hours, at an additional cost to be paid by the tenant:
Monday to Thursday: 20€.
