These 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom apartments are modern and elegant in style.
They are located in the attractive L'Eixample district, 5 minutes walking from Plaça Catalunya and the Plaça Universitat and Passeig de Grà cia metro stations that connect with the entire city. It is situated in a lively area with numerous bars and restaurants.
It features mosaic floors and modernist-style doors that make it a very cosy apartment.
The apartments are exterior-facing and have a balcony, air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi connection.
The living room has comfortable sofas and a television. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob, washing machine, and dryer.
The bedroom has two beds, two spacious desks, and a large wardrobe. It also has a large gallery that provides plenty of natural light to the room. Additionally, the bed comes with a storage base, providing more storage space.
The apartment is provided with towels and bedding upon arrival.

Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 hours Monday to Friday (except holidays Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday holiday), key collection is at number 228 Aribau Street.
For corporate bookings, 21% VAT must be added to the published price.
