This 250m2 apartment is renovated and everything have been prepared fot students-young workers. It has 9 bright bedrooms , all of them equiped, and also 3 bathrooms. It is ideal to share with students and young people coming to work in Valencia. The common areas are fully equiped with all the commodities. You can enjoy and relax in the lounge which is fully furnished with a flat screen TV, also can use it as a study area and connect to the WIFI.
EXPENSES:
The rental price includes internet and a weekly cleaning of the common areas.
The costs of utilities are as follows:
-Water: 10€/month
-Electricity: 40€/month, if any month the consumption is more than 40€, the difference will be paid separately. In this case, the expenses are shared equal parts between the tenants.
BED LINEN:
For a hygienic reason, we do not provide any bed linen, neither pillow, duvetor duvet cover.
The area is plenty of boutiques, coffe corners, restaurants, and the besf offer of nightlife.
