The price is ALL INCLUSIVE for consumption ( electricity, water, gas, Wifi and weekly cleaning of kitchen-bath-living room-corridor).
The neighbourhood is very calm and residential, perfect for peaceful walks and enjoying the surroundings. Close to Andalucía Park, hospital, supermarket and within 5 min you can reach the university. The property has easy access to public transportation: 2 min from underground, train and bus to go to Madrid city.
