Conditions of rental:
-Smoking, pets, parties or bringing people to sleep at home are not allowed.
-Rent has to be paid in the first 3 days of the month
- 1 month deposit- 890 € (refundable). This is the first payment that must be done to make sure the room is formally booked.
- Admin fee (one time fee in the check-in): 100€
-bedding set + pillow: 100 € (optional)
*Check-in and check-out schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 12:30 and 17:00 - 19:30, outside of this time frame the tenant has to pay a 40€ fee.
*Weekend check-in and national/local holdays: 45€
-Documents required for professionals: ID/Passport, last 3 payslips
-Documents required for students: ID/Passport both from the student and the guarantor, acceptance letter from university and last 3 payslips from the guarantor or a bank statement
