Studio for rent on the seafront (optional parking, we prefer those with parking) living room plus 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms for a maximum of 2 people. For long-term stays, a minimum of 3 years is required (if you need a shorter stay, the price goes up. Not for tourists - do not insist). Only solvent people who are previously approved by some default insurance to be able to make visits. DUE TO TIME ISSUES, I CANNOT CALL. YOU MUST CALL IF YOU MEET ALL THE REQUIREMENTS.
