My name is Olatz and I rent a bright room in the center of Algorta, next to banks and across from the supermarket. The room is exterior-facing and well-lit. I'm looking for a quiet, responsible person (male or female) who can pay on time. The price (€450-€500, negotiable) includes electricity, gas, water, and internet. I require a security deposit equal to the rent in case of any damage or incidents. If nothing happens to the room, the deposit will be fully refunded upon departure. It's preferable that you don't smoke, but if you do, you must smoke on the terrace. Please note that the room doesn't have sheets or pillows, so you would need to bring your own. Finally, we would both sign an informal agreement to document everything. Thank you. I DO NOT REGISTER AT THE RESIDENCE.
