I'm renting a large room with a large bed (NO COUPLES) in a 112m² apartment located on Faustino Álvarez Street in a very quiet area, but just a 3-minute walk from the Alameda park and about 15 minutes from the Cartuja Campus and 10 minutes from the Macarena Campus. The apartment has 4 bedrooms (each with a key, very bright, and with a large bed, large wardrobe, and desk), a living room, kitchen, and two bathrooms. We are looking for people for a long stay (at least until the end of June), who are quiet and responsible, used to being independent, and above all, and very importantly, CLEANLINESS is essential in the apartment.
