I have a small room available for a non-smoking woman. You will be living with two other women (37 and 34 years old). We are quite independent; most of the time, when we are together, we each spend time in our own room, but we also make time to chat and share. We like order and cleanliness, especially in the common areas. It is a quiet apartment with plenty of silence, communication, and respect. The room for rent is right near the entrance, separate from the other two occupied rooms. It is small and furnished with a single bed (95 cm), a two-door wardrobe, a mirror, a bedside table, and a desk with a TV. It has a window overlooking the interior courtyard. Virrei Amat area, 2nd floor (no elevator). The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The metro is a 3-minute walk away, and there are many bus lines, shops, pharmacies, and supermarkets nearby.
