Spacious outside room with double bed and bright thanks to a big window type balcony overlooking Arenal street. The distribution of the furniture has been designed to maximise the space.
The room is fully soundproofed and furnished with a double bed with a viscoelastic mattress, sheets and towels, two bedside tables, desk and chair, flat-screen TV and a wardrobe.
Our prices include weekly cleaning and change of sheets and towels.
The decoration in greys and whites tones giving breadth and create an atmosphere of relaxation, while the vinyl on the wall gives a romantic touch.

Note: The expense named “Other” in the payment breakdown refers to an expense for bed linen with a value of 100 EUR.
