Room for rent for one working, clean person in a shared apartment in Montolivet, Valencia. Interior window overlooking the courtyard, natural light, with wardrobes, desk, and single bed.
The apartment is very well located, with a park, supermarkets, bars/cafés, basketball courts, and the Montolivet station of tram line 10, all within 30 seconds.
A one-minute walk from Ruzafa, as well as a one-minute walk from Turia Park (the river).
The apartment is quiet and tastefully decorated, with fast internet, a shared living room with a large TV and dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, and a full bathroom with a bathtub and bidet. Together we create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
We want working professionals over 25 years old. No couples, no students, no pets.
One month's deposit, and utilities not included (we usually pay 25-30 euros, a little more in summer and winter).
We want a long-term contract.
