Hello! There's a room available in an apartment near Paral·lel/Apolo/Carrer Blai. It's also close to the Paral·lel metro station. It's a fairly spacious interior apartment with three bedrooms, a kitchen-dining room, and a very large bathroom. The building is very quiet but close to a lively neighborhood full of small shops, bars, and tapas restaurants. It will be shared with serious and responsible people regarding tidiness, general cleanliness, and personal hygiene. No smokers, no pets, respect for the peace and quiet of the other roommates, and good/polite communication are required. The rooms are single. Currently, it's shared by two working men between 30 and 45 years old, who are respectful of cleanliness and each other's space. Price: €400 with utilities and Wi-Fi included. I'll draw up a rental contract and prefer someone who wants to stay for a while (3 months or more). The deposit will be €400. Let me know so we can arrange a visit.
