Room for rent in a shared house with me and my dog Nilo, from April 10th until the end of May, and again from October. The house is part of a complex of 11 terraced apartments surrounding a shared courtyard. It's sunny and full of flowers, and located 4 minutes from Los Lances beach, Puerta de Jerez, the bus stop, and the main street. You won't need a car for anything. All amenities are nearby: supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, etc. Wi-Fi is available. A large terrace offers sunbathing and an unparalleled view of the beach and the sea as far as Punta Paloma. The bedroom faces the interior courtyard, so it's very quiet at night. There are shared common areas with me and my dog Nilo: the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and terrace. The kitchen is equipped. Please leave all common areas clean out of respect for your fellow residents.
