I'm renting a large room with a large bed (NO COUPLES) in a 112m² apartment located on Faustino Álvarez Street in a very quiet area, but just a 3-minute walk from the Alameda park and about 15 minutes from the Cartuja Campus and 10 minutes from the Macarena Campus. The apartment has 4 bedrooms (each with a key, very bright, and with a large bed, large wardrobe, and desk), a living room, kitchen, and two bathrooms. We are looking for people for a long stay (at least until the end of June), who are quiet and responsible, used to being independent, and above all, and very importantly, CLEANLINESS is essential in the apartment. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS. Price €380/month. Rent includes community fees, water, internet, and the first €80 of electricity. One month's deposit.
