Description
We are renting a spacious and very bright room in Les Corts, in a quiet and well-maintained building with video surveillance. Excellent location, overlooking Diagonal Avenue and opposite L'Illa Diagonal shopping center. The room is furnished with a wardrobe, desk, and double bed (single bed available). It has a balcony and a private outdoor area. We can also provide an extra wardrobe. The apartment has a layout that provides privacy: the room is next to the kitchen and bathroom, separate from the rest of the apartment. All necessary appliances are provided. We are looking for a responsible, non-smoking, clean adult with stable habits. Rest is a priority: no parties, gatherings, or frequent visitors. The room is for one person. I work remotely daily, so I prefer someone who works remotely a maximum of 2-3 days per week. €700/month, all expenses included. Available from April 1st. We only respond to messages with an introduction.
