Ideal for young professionals/workers or postgraduate students. We are looking for a responsible, serious, and quiet individual, comfortable in a study and/or work environment, and easy to live with. Minimum stay of 6 months. One month's deposit required. The price includes only community fees. All other expenses (water, electricity, gas, internet) are the responsibility of the tenants, which are approximately €40/month per person. The apartment has individual heating and was updated two years ago with new furniture, kitchenware, etc. A parking space is also available in the same building.
