Two single rooms are available for rent in a private house with a ground floor, first floor, and a spacious patio. The house will be shared with a couple, and we are looking for two single women, one for each room, without children, partners, or pets. Applicants must have stable employment, be serious, respectful, clean, tidy, and quiet, and be at least 35 years old. The rooms will be available around April or May. The house has a very peaceful and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The area is very quiet with all necessary amenities nearby: supermarkets, shops, a pharmacy, restaurants, a post office, and a shopping center. It's a 20-minute walk to the beach and Diagonal Mar. Public transportation is also very close: metro, tram, and bus. The rent is €550 per person per month per room, which includes rent, electricity, water, butane gas, and Wi-Fi. If utility bills exceed the rent, the difference will need to be paid.
