Description
Hi! We are three guys between 26 and 30 years old. We have an exterior room, furnished with a bed and wardrobe, ready to move in from April 1st. We are looking for one responsible person between 18 and 33 years old, a student or working professional, to occupy it. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, with two bathrooms with showers, a small dining area where we can hang out, and a kitchen equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The apartment has an interior balcony where we have the washing machine and dryer. It is located on the corner of Rossello and Villarroel streets, right next to the Industrial School/UPC and opposite the L5 metro stop. It is also very well connected by buses and the Catalan Railways (FGC). The price is 586 euros per month, which includes utilities and weekly cleaning.
