I'm looking for someone to live with me, my partner, and my dog. We consider ourselves quiet, friendly, and easygoing people. We like cleanliness and order, especially because I have a Chihuahua who can't stand anything on the floor without eating it. But he's a sweetheart. I don't require a deposit, but I do ask for €200 as a security deposit. This will be deducted from any utility bills (electricity and gas) used for the month before the person decides to move out. I give the new tenant complete freedom to move around the entire apartment, not just the room.
