I'm renting a room with a private balcony to a male or female student (student or young worker with a demonstrable, stable contract) in a quiet and pleasant area a 5-minute walk from the center of La Laguna. There are currently two rooms rented (for males between 30 and 40 years old) and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The spare room is for single use only. Monthly rent: 380 euros plus 40 euros in utilities (water, electricity, Wi-Fi). University students or young workers with a stable contract (proof of enrollment or employment contract will be required) and a guarantor under the same conditions are welcome. Please refrain if the conditions are not met.
