The house is spread over two floors. The ground floor has four bedrooms, a bathroom, and a patio. The upper floor has a bathroom, kitchen, study, living room, and terrace. A 30-euro utility fee and a one-month deposit are required. Internet and landline telephone are available. The bed is queen-size, and the bathroom is shared with only one other person. Visitors are welcome. The house is not centrally located, but it is well connected. You can reach Las Palmas in 10 minutes by car or the university in less than 10.
