ROOM FOR RENT IN A BUILDING WITH A POOL. We are looking for a hard-working female between 25 and 30 years old to fill out an apartment in El Infante. This is a quiet apartment, nothing like a student apartment. We only accept females, and pets are not allowed. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and toilet, a kitchen with a laundry room, and a living room. The building has a tennis court and a communal pool for the summer months. It is on a wide avenue, close to all amenities and an 8-minute walk from the Town Hall. We are looking for someone for a long-term stay, minimum 3 months. The price is €170/month (plus one month's deposit), which includes community fees and water. The remaining expenses are paid separately (approximately €15/month).
