Description
University students only. Room in a shared apartment in the Ateneo area. It's a quiet area near the city center, about 5 minutes from the town hall and 10 from the train station. The terrace is approximately 12 meters wide with spectacular views of Collserola. Serious, older guests are preferred, although age doesn't matter if a peaceful coexistence is expected. The expenses are shared proportionally among all tenants (it's 4 times the majority of the time, but if there's a free room at any time, it will be divided among the number of tenants). Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or in the rooms, but it is allowed on the terrace.
