We are looking for a new HOUSEMATE. Currently, two girls and two boys live here. One of them is moving out. We have 5 rooms, of which only 4 are rented, a large kitchen and a large room for meditation, yoga or just relaxing. There is also an outdoor space of 200m2 to be quiet. The room has a double bed. A large built-in wardrobe and a desk. Located 6 minutes from all means of transport, buses, RENFE and railways. We have all the services, supermarkets open until 11pm, Mercadona, Aldi, cafeterias, bars and a fantastic view of La Mola. You have exclusive kitchen utensils per room, plates, pans and pots with furniture just for you. -Pets are not allowed. -Couples are not allowed. -Families are not allowed, single room.
