You will need proof of employment or student registration, as well as legal status in Spain. For one female only, quiet, clean, and non-smoking. The room is single; basic bedding is provided. This is a family apartment shared with the owners. The apartment is a couple, both adults and teachers are serious and respectful. Cohabitation rules: no parties, absolute restriction on other people staying overnight, no visitors, and maintenance of cleanliness and order. Couples and minors are not allowed. Price: 50 euros per night (minimum 3 nights); 300 euros per week; and 600 euros per month plus a deposit.
