The price includes Wi-Fi. Water, electricity, and gas/heating costs in winter are shared, as well as cleaning.
The room is for single use.
It is a very quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from the Monastery and 15 minutes from Esade.
I regret that bicycles and pets are not allowed, but scooters are allowed.
Smoking is not allowed throughout the house.
