The room is super bright and gets lots of sun. There is a table for working and a shelf for books or other things. It also includes a mini white trunk and a wardrobe (the wardrobe can be moved).
Regarding the use of the house: I share a room/office where I can also work, which is included in the price.
The bathroom and kitchen are also shared (the kitchen has been recently renovated and painted, as well as the living room).
Since I have a cat who is super affectionate and always asks for cuddles, the interested party must like animals and enjoy their company.
