I'm opening my home to respectful and considerate people who understand that sharing an apartment is more than just finding four walls and who want to enrich themselves personally. I only consider applications from women over 26. Working from home is limited to a maximum of two days per week. The room is for single occupancy. The apartment is in a well-connected area with two metro lines (blue and yellow) and several bus lines. The train station and the red line are a 15-minute walk away. The room price includes utilities (electricity, water, gas, and Wi-Fi) within normal and reasonable limits. The bed is 90 cm wide by 2 meters long. The window overlooks a small interior courtyard, making it very quiet. The room includes all bedding, towels (even beach towels), stationery, an ionic hairdryer, and anything else you might need but can't find—just ask. The goal is for you to feel at home!
