The Apartment and the rooms are totally designed and furnished with style by our team of interior designers. We only accept mid-long term stays for students and young professionals for home use. Under any circumstances we do not take tourist stays. The tenant must pay directly with the property manager at the latest within 48 hours immediately after the reservation is confirmed a deposit of €1,000 that will be returned at the end of their contract, deducting €400 as a non-returnable service fee. The tenant must sign up the contract at the latest within 48 hours immediately after the deposit has been paid. Maximum contract length is 6 months, extendable as many times as you wish. Each extension admin fee is €60. You can get your “registration” at this property.
