We only accept medium- to long-term stays for students and young professionals for domestic use. Tourist stays are not accepted under any circumstances. The tenant must pay a security deposit of €1,000 directly to the property manager no later than 48 hours after booking confirmation. This deposit will be returned at the end of the contract, less €400 for non-refundable service charges. The tenant must sign the contract no later than 48 hours after paying the deposit. The maximum contract duration is 6 months, and the contract can be extended as many times as desired. Each extension has an administrative fee of €60. You can obtain your "empadronamiento" (registration certificate) at this property.
