July 1st. Long term. Women only, key in the room.
Large wardrobe, desk and large bed.
There would be 4 of us, large apartment, 2 refrigerators, oven, electric water heater, living room with Smart-TV, sunny terrace and patio, 2 bathrooms. They come to clean weekly.
Roof terrace with sea views, communal patio where you can play sports. Possibility of renting a parking space.
We have a parrot in the apartment.
Someone between 25 and 45 years old, who finds a good atmosphere in the apartment, who likes animals and plants and times of chatting, but who respects the space and privacy of others, someone responsible, clean and tidy. We don't want a student flat, but a flat for adults.
