We are renting a room in the city center, available only during the month of JULY. It is ideal for someone looking for a quiet, central, and well-connected space for a temporary stay during the summer, whether for studies, work, or simply to enjoy the city.
The apartment is located in a very well-connected area, close to public transport stops, supermarkets, cafes, and other services. You can easily get around on foot or by public transport, 10 minutes walk from the beach and the historic center :)
A single girl currently lives in the house, so the atmosphere is very quiet, comfortable, and respectful. It is not a party apartment: we are looking for someone who values tranquility and good coexistence. It is an ideal space if you need to rest, work, or study, and you like a relaxed environment.
The room is bright and fully furnished: bed, desk, closet. It is exterior and sunny :)
