It's a large, spacious apartment with parquet flooring, a terrace, and plenty of natural light. The apartment is very well located near supermarkets (there's a Mercadona right below our house), fruit shops, gyms, public parks, and shopping centers. We are looking for a roommate who is clean, tidy, and respectful. Move-in date: August 1st.
