I'm renting a room in a shared apartment in Fuente del Maestre. The apartment is on the ground floor, on Calle Los Santos. I'm only renting it seasonally, for a maximum of a year. I'm renting it shared with my partner. I would only come to the apartment two or three times a year because I live outside of Barcelona and like to come to my house in town. So, the tenant will be practically alone most of the time. One of the rooms in the apartment will be closed because it will be mine when I come. I want a clean and responsible person, just for one person and without pets. The apartment is very well located, in the center of town, very close to everywhere. I rent it for €230 per month, utilities not included.

Es una vivienda cuyo precio máximo de renta está regulado por la Administración pública. Para poder acceder a ella, debes destinarla a tu residencia habitual y cumplir una serie de requisitos legales (como un límite de ingresos o no tener otra vivienda en propiedad).
