We are looking for a quiet person.
We don't like the house to look like a boarding house.
Metro stop nearby (L1, L3, L5, maybe some more but those are for sure XD).
Plenty of light throughout the day in the room in summer (also bright in winter but not that much).
Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi are quite close.
The bills are included in the price unless you do crazy things with the light, water, etc.
