I'm renting a room starting in October in a renovated apartment in a great location near Palma's city center, the promenade, and the beach. We're looking for a polite, clean, responsible, and employed person who will be responsible for cleaning and organizing the apartment and common areas. The apartment is fully furnished, and furniture cannot be changed without prior notice.
