We only accept medium-term stays for students and young professionals for domestic use. Under no circumstances do we accept tourist stays. The tenant must pay a security deposit of €1,000 directly to the property manager no later than 48 hours after booking confirmation. This deposit will be returned at the end of the contract, less a €400 non-refundable service fee. The tenant must sign the contract no later than 48 hours after paying the security deposit. The maximum contract duration is 6 months, extendable as many times as you wish. The administrative fee for each extension is €60. You can obtain your "registration" at this property.
Enjoy a special price of €890 per month for rentals in June, July, and August. Starting in September, the monthly rent will be €980.
