We only accept medium-term stays for students and young professionals for domestic use. Tourist stays are not accepted under any circumstances. The tenant must pay a security deposit of €1,000 directly to the property manager no later than 48 hours after booking confirmation. This deposit will be returned upon termination of the contract, less a €400 non-refundable service fee. The tenant must sign the contract no later than 48 hours after paying the security deposit. The maximum contract duration is 6 months, and the contract can be extended as many times as desired. The administrative fee for each extension is €60. You can obtain your "registration" at this property.
