The tenant must pay a €1,000 deposit directly to the property manager no later than 48 hours after the reservation is confirmed. This deposit will be returned at the end of the contract, less a €400 non-refundable service fee. The contract must be signed no later than 48 hours after payment of the deposit. The maximum contract duration is 6 months, and the contract can be extended as many times as desired. Each extension costs €60.
