Hi, we're a 45-year-old mom and a 15-year-old daughter looking for a nice, polite, clean, responsible, and quiet roommate to share our apartment. Making plans together would be great too! The apartment is near the Pep Ventura and Pompeu metro stations, and just 5 minutes from the beach. It's quiet and has a great vibe and energy. The room has a 1.35m bed, a wardrobe, a dresser, and a small table. Feel free to change or bring anything. You'll also have your own bathroom, which you can decorate to your liking. We'd prefer someone who likes music and cats. We have two little sisters, a year and a half old, who are also part of the family.
