RH26-R3. The Apartment and the rooms are fully designed and furnished with style by our team of interior designers. We only accept medium-long stays for students and young professionals for domestic use. Under no circumstances do we accept tourist stays. The tenant must pay directly to the property manager within 48 hours immediately after confirmation of the reservation a deposit of € 1,500 which will be returned to him at the end of his contract, deducting € 400 as a non-refundable service fee.
