Colorful girl rents a room in the heart of the city. I'm looking for people with good vibes and sensitivity. I prefer creative, artistic, active, and socially committed people. The house is old, but it's warm, comfortable, and cozy. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay in the city center. The house will be shared with two other people; it's an LGBT-friendly apartment. The room is small and has a piano. If you're a musician, this is the perfect room for you : ) The costs of internet, water, central heating, cleaning twice a month, and electricity are approximately 50 euros per month in addition to the rental price. The apartment is fully equipped. You only need to bring your own towels and bed linen. There is no television or electric oven.
