Description
Tenants must be teachers at nearby schools or students at the ISPC (Spanish Institute of Public Health). Two completely exterior rooms are rented (with a window and access to a private terrace between the two rooms). The bathroom is also shared with the other room (only if rented). The rooms are furnished with a bed, nightstand, and dressers. The kitchen and pool are shared with all residents. Utility bills are included (if you want to include biweekly cleaning, it's €460). There's a washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board, iron, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, and more. The area is very quiet, and you can park right outside. Basic services (supermarket, pharmacy, parks, public transportation) are 5 minutes away. An area of the studio can be rented (price to be agreed upon depending on the space). One month's deposit is required.
