I rent a room in Sitges for €300 per month, room only, no access to the kitchen or dining room, bills included. It is a double room with a double bed, it is exterior, with a window overlooking the street, with Internet access, the flat is very well connected, very close to San Sebastián beach, a five-minute walk away, and very close to the train station, also about five minutes walk away. I rent it to ONE person only and only to GIRLS, non-smokers and no pets. I want someone who is clean and responsible. I rent it with access to a shared bathroom, but not with access to the KITCHEN or the DINING ROOM. The room has a small fridge, a small TV and a microwave for your personal use.
