We are two 27-year-old civil servants. We are looking for a girl between 24-35 years old, clean, respectful and responsible, to move in in April, for a minimum stay of 11 months. It is an exterior and very bright apartment, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a large living room with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen and heating throughout the apartment. The room to rent is the main room in the apartment (15.5 m2) with a 135 bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and chair. The apartment is located 5 minutes from the Plaza Castilla metro stop (lines 1, 9 and 10), Plaza Castilla interchange, and about 13 minutes walk from Chamartín Station. The monthly expenses (electricity, water and gas) are a fixed amount of 53 euros per month each.
